Pickleball 102 – Improve your game with coach Raul (Skill level 2.5-3.5)

If you took the newbie clinic (optional), know the rules, scoring, and have been playing games, Pickleball 102 is the next progression. We will work on improving our serve and return, our forehand and backhand drives, our third shot drops, our overall kitchen play and dinking ability, our lobs and lob returns, our smash defense at the net and our court positioning and court strategies. We will also discuss how to create an advantage at the beginning of the rally, how to utilize the serve/return as a weapon, and cover various 3rd shot options.

Please wear court shoes and bring a chair and plenty of water.

Fee: $25, payable to EGPC when signing up (Venmo or credit card at https://elkgrovepickleballclub.org/event-payment/). While the fee is nonrefundable, it can be transferred to another member. Please note that you are responsible for finding a replacement and handling payment.

For non-members the fee is $30. Feel free to bring a friend. Please make sure you note that you are bringing a guest when signing up.

Parking: CRC is starting to charge for parking again. A daily $2.00 parking pass can be purchased at the parking machines located in the parking areas. Please plan accordingly. Per CRC, with the daily parking pass correctly displayed, you may park in any white-lined parking spot. Parking in yellow-lined and staff parking areas will result in a ticket. Parking is enforced 24 hours and 7 days per week.
